Treatments include K18, Olaplex curl rebuilding, Cezanne smoothing and conditioning. Extensions come in K-tip, tape-in, sew-in and mini creative placement pop tails. Beyond hair, the studio offers brow bleaching and lamination, lash lifts and lash perms, lip blush, makeup, event styling, alt wedding hair, and tooth gems with nine options.
Booking details: a 72-hour notice is asked for cancellations, or the deposit is forfeited, and same-day no-shows are charged a 100% cancellation fee. Several services require a deposit, ranging from $32.50 to $750. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold, and the alt spa makeover package bundles services for $1,000, which the salon says saves $390.
Shoppers can browse clothing and other goods from freelance makers and creative designers based in Los Angeles or New York at The Flamingo Shop. The space also books pop-up events, parties and live music nights. Malltats also offers flash tattoos on a regular basis, with 27 designs remaining available at all times, and a resident tattoo artist works on site.
