Every color service begins with a complimentary consultation, and every visit includes a complimentary drink. Pricing is described as upfront. Extension consultations can be booked online. The Walnut Avenue location is open Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 8:30PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM to 2:00PM, while The FIXX at 35 is open Monday 2:30PM to 8:30PM, Tuesday to Friday 8:00AM to 8:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 2:00PM, and is closed Sunday. Guests come from New Braunfels and nearby areas including Veramendi, Oak Run, Mayfair, Boerne and Seguin.

Treatments use Kérastase and Redken products, including bonding treatments, scalp scrubs and masks. Each treatment service takes 15 minutes, and a blow dry can be added on request. Kérastase Fusio-Dose pairs a concentre with a booster, with up to 30 combinations chosen to match hair goals. The Kérastase Fusio Scalp Scrub comes in a purifying blue version for oily scalps and a soothing green version for dry, sensitive scalps. The booking site credits Kérastase Soin Acide with a Marie Claire Excellence in Beauty Award in 2022.
