The Fitz Aesthetic Club
Med spa · 2 locations
The Fitz was co-founded by Suzie Carroll and Michelle Shetty. The concept took shape in 2020, when each co-founder separately wrote down the same vision for the business. The team includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a certified PA, estheticians and laser techs. The practice says it is among the rare 19 percent of Chicago medspas with board-certified Medical Director oversight, and it describes its providers as Chicago's top estheticians and injectors, which is its own claim.

The practice describes its philosophy as rooted in the science of individuality and personalized care. Its named method, the Fitz Method, bases care on each client's skin type using the Fitzpatrick Scale. The practice says it adds advanced training, certifications and ongoing education to address the limits of the original scale for people of color, and treatment plans are designed around each client's Fitz type and long-term wellness.
New patients can book online through the Boulevard booking system or the Patient Portal. A card holds the appointment and is not charged until after the visit. Pricing is shared during consultations and is also viewable online. Filler consultation and treatment take place in the same visit, and new patients who want same-day Tox or filler can book dedicated New Patient appointments.
Treatment plans begin with a consultation that assesses facial anatomy, skin concerns, medical history and goals. From there, the plan lays out an individualized roadmap of in-clinic treatments and skincare. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are asked to call the office first to talk through safe options. Children cannot be supervised by front desk staff during procedures, so another adult needs to watch them in the waiting room.
Chicago hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM. The North Shore location is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, plus select Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM every other week. Parking is available in a LAZ garage at 1639 N. Wells St., near the Old Town location, which can be booked online or through the LAZ app. The shared phone line is 312-643-1333.
Care is planned around each client's skin type using the Fitzpatrick Scale, and treatment plans are revisited over time. The practice describes its overall philosophy as rooted in individuality and personalized care.
