A visit begins and ends at the skincare bar, where guests are offered a beverage of their choice on arrival and can shop products recommended by the specialists. Treatments take place in the studio, which is also used for group gatherings and can be rented privately for events, with the spa closed to the public during those bookings.

Biologique Recherche bespoke facials are the studio's specialty. Each one starts with a skin analysis and moves through cleansing, exfoliation, a lifting massage, serums and masks, and finishes with a personalized home care plan. Other facials include Hydrafacials, an OxyLight facial, an acne facial, diamond microdermabrasion and couples facials. Estheticians are described as acne-certified, and the aesthetic team is described as licensed.

On the injectable side, the studio offers Botox, Dysport and Xeomin neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP for the face and undereye area, lip flips, gummy smile treatment and filler dissolving. Treatments are performed by estheticians and nurse injectors. Model appointments are performed by injectors in training under close supervision of the clinical team, at a discounted rate.

Beyond the face, the studio offers chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, dermaplaning and manual extractions, along with IV therapy, vitamin shots, PRP hair restoration, lymphatic drainage body sculpting and organic body treatments. Weight loss programs include consultations offered in office or virtually and three-month supplies of semaglutide or tirzepatide. Curated packages and memberships bundle several services together, and bridal and customized event packages are arranged by email.

First-time clients are asked to book a consultation. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $100 fee applies to late cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows. A $50 deposit is nonrefundable but stays on the account as a service credit. Financing is available through Cherry, Affirm and AfterPay.

Each first visit starts with a consultation covering skin concerns, goals and medical history, and a treatment plan is recommended from there.

The skincare bar at the entrance and the treatment studio give the space a relaxed, social feel.
