The studio describes itself as a results-driven skincare studio open to all skin types. Its facials are built around each client's needs at the time of the visit rather than a single fixed routine.

Every facial starts with a thorough cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a custom treatment mask and custom finishing products. Clients complete a questionnaire before their first visit covering skin concerns, goals, the feel they want and how much they would like to talk during the facial.

The menu runs from The Taste, a 30-minute option for clients short on time or new to facials, through The Deep Clean and The Good Hour, to I'll Be Your Mirror, the signature facial for new clients who want thorough skin direction or existing clients who want more time, and The Astral Plane, a 2-hour facial with extended extractions and massage. Advanced options such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and microcurrent can be added to suitable facials. The Check In is a 45-minute visit available only to existing facial clients.

The studio is gratuity-free. Gratuity is built into the listed prices, so clients do not add a tip. The studio says this lets it keep its focus on skincare and self-care.

Brow and lash services sit alongside the facials. Brow options include a cleanup, a cleanup with tint, brow lamination and a brow lift with tint. Lash options include a lash tint, a lash lift and a lash lift with tint. Upper lip and chin threading is offered as a short add-on to another service.

Facial services are tailored to each client's skin at the time of the visit, and the studio uses a pre-facial questionnaire to learn what clients want from their appointment.
