The studio's menu is built around hydrafacials, which range from a short express treatment to longer platinum and oxygen versions, along with a combined hydrafacial and microneedling service called HydraNeedle. Hydrafacials take 40 to 90 minutes depending on the treatment, and the salon describes them as having no downtime. Microneedling is best done as a series and repeated about every three months, and clients are asked to stop exfoliants and retinol 72 hours beforehand and to avoid extreme sun and heat while skin is sensitive.

Clients who book a first hydrafacial can join the Glow Society loyalty program. Consultations are listed at no charge, and gift cards come in $25, $50, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom value. Reminders go out 48 and 24 hours before each appointment. A card on file is not required to book.
