The studio's main focus is acne. The initial acne visit is 1.5 hours at $150 and includes a client questionnaire, a 60-minute treatment with skin analysis, a deep cleanse, enzyme mask, extractions and sunscreen, plus a customized plan and a $25 home care starter kit of Face Reality products. Follow-up treatments cost $115 and take one hour, usually scheduled about every two weeks, with five to seven treatments common. The Acne Bootcamp is $800 for six treatments two weeks apart with a two to three month supply of home care products, which must be used within six months of purchase. The studio describes the Face Reality clear skin system as bringing acne under control in about 60 to 90 days.

Anti-aging services include a customized facial for exfoliation, hydration, brightening or chemical peels, which is not an acne treatment. Other options are the iS Clinical Fire and Ice Facial, which uses a resurfacing masque with 18% glycolic acid, retinol and niacinamide followed by a rejuvenation masque, microdermabrasion using a diamond tip wand and an iS Clinical masque, and dermaplaning with a sterile surgical blade. Single treatments are $115 and take one hour, and a series of any three is $315.

Microneedling uses a grid of fine needles to create micro-channels and is offered with ProCell Therapies. An initial consultation and treatment is $195 and takes one hour, and a series of three is $555. Sessions are typically repeated every four to six weeks, with three to six recommended. The studio accepts major credit cards and cash, does not accept gratuity, and asks for cancellation notice within 24 hours by phone, email or text to avoid a $50 fee. Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount in the studio or online.

Acne care pairs customized home care products with a series of professional in-office treatments, and the home routine is adjusted as needed. The studio focuses on corrective skin care, with privacy and confidentiality for each client.

The studio is small and private, with a focus on one-on-one, by-appointment care.
