Betsy Abrams is named as the founder. The spa describes itself as a place for self-care, nurturing and self-discovery. Treatments are guided by the Five Elements and adjusted to each guest's physical and emotional needs.

Guests should arrive at least 20 minutes early to check in and change. Robes and slippers are offered in a range of sizes, and aromatherapy and singing bowls are part of treatments. Herbal teas and complimentary snacks are available. There is a Pause and Reflect Room, plus a veranda and patio for time before or between sessions. Phones and cameras are not permitted in the spa. Free consultations are offered.

Lounging is a major part of the menu. Inhale Salt Therapy circulates salt particles into a room, while Exhale Sound Resonance Therapy uses layered music and vibration. Facial and skin care work uses an organic product line, and the spa sells Eminence Products.

The All About You Spa Package combines a lounging session, a 60-minute massage and a 60-minute facial, and it can be shared with a friend or bought as a gift card. The Reset, Renew and Indulge packages bundle massage or facial time with lounging. Massage and facial series come in 3- and 5-visit sets. The spa also offers group spa days, a Duet Suite, pregnancy services, wedding party services and virtual facials. Groups of six or more can call to arrange a custom experience.

Services can be booked online or by phone. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone, and late cancellations are charged the full price of the booked services. Guests must be at least 12 years old, and younger teens need an adult present and written parent or guardian consent. Prenatal massage is available only after the first trimester.

Treatments are guided by the Five Elements and customized to each guest's physical and emotional needs. According to the spa, its therapists take a whole-body approach.
