Every extension service starts with a consultation that covers hair goals, upkeep and the look the client wants. Color, length, placement and method are chosen for each client, and options include tape-in, sew-in and other custom methods. Extensions can add length, add fullness to fine or thinning hair, build volume, or fill weak areas, and they can be combined with dimensional color.

Booking is done online, and clients who have trouble can text the salon line. The consultation takes 30 minutes and costs $50, and that fee is applied toward the installation when it is booked. Installation visits take a $100 deposit, and deposits are non-refundable. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to move the deposit to a future appointment; shorter notice forfeits it, with emergencies handled at the owner's discretion. Clients should arrive with clean hair for color and extension visits, and with clean, dry hair for installs. The salon is adults only.
