The menu is built around weaves and extensions: traditional, closure and frontal quick weaves, several sew-in versions, and wig reinstalls and installs for closure, frontal and 360 styles. Silk presses and a closure wash and style are also offered, along with a closure touch-up that cleans and reapplies the lace. The site's gallery shows wig installs, bob-cut sew-ins, traditional sew-ins and silk presses. Wig and lace pieces are dropped off two to three days ahead, between 9 AM and 5 PM, in a bag labeled with the client's name and appointment date. Squeeze-ins outside business hours and same-day customization each carry a $50 fee.
Booking involves a deposit: most services need $31.50, the closure touch-up $15.75, and the closure wash and style $30, and deposits are non-refundable. A reschedule made with at least two days' notice can use the deposit within the same month. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $15 late fee applies, and appointments are canceled if the client is more than 15 minutes late. The cancellation policy sets a 30% fee, and clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
