New clients book a new client curly cut, which includes a consultation, the cut, a Hair Detox, a Spa Mist demi conditioning treatment and curl styling; it starts at $245 and runs about two hours or more. Returning clients have a shorter curly cut from $165 that includes a Hair Detox, a Kevin Murphy hair masque and curl styling. Curly cuts need hair that is clean, dry and down with no product, protective styles or hats, and hair that is not ready may incur an extra $50 for the added time.

Straight-hair services are offered as well: a haircut with a shampoo and blow out, silk presses priced by hair density, and blow dries done with a round brush rather than hot tools. Clients with very curly hair who want a straight result are directed to the stand-alone silk press.

Color is handled separately. Color consultations are complimentary but can take at least 72 hours to complete, and color and hair extension services are not booked online, so clients call 281-741-9408 or email curlbossconsult@gmail.com. General inquiries can go to curlbosshtx@gmail.com.

Online booking opens the first Tuesday of each month at 9 am Central and covers the current month and the one after. Curly cuts, haircuts and styling can be booked at any hour, and a digital waitlist is offered in place of a cancellation list. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrival, and cancellations made within 48 hours, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of booked services. Clients who no-show cannot book again.
