The ExSalon offers hair, makeup, waxing, facial and permanent makeup services at one location on Cedar Boulevard in Newark. Its menu is grouped into haircuts, chemical services, ammonia-free color, new trends in hair style, waxing, makeup and updos, facial treatments and permanent makeup.

New clients get a free 15-minute consultation before chemical services. Makeup and updo bookings need a free consultation and a deposit. Facial treatment appointments carry a non-refundable deposit each, and facial pricing is set after a consultation. Groups, weddings and events of four or more people are asked to book at least a month ahead. Permanent makeup accepts walk-ins.
