The Eucalyptus Room is run by founder and owner Nicole Vongphakdy, who has said the goal is to eventually open more than one location. The spa sits in Suite 300 at Mustang Drive in Grapevine, close to downtown and the Gaylord Texan.

The spa's stated aim is to be a place away from both work and home, where clients can step away and fully unwind. The salon says it has received awards since 2022, including recognition at more than one level, and describes itself as one of the top spas in Grapevine. These are the salon's own claims.

The spa is open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM. Clients are asked to arrive about 15 minutes early to complete any health questionnaire or consent form, and to bring an intake or consent form and mention any allergies or health concerns before treatment. While they wait, guests can use the spa lounge, where wine or water is offered. Tipping is typically 15 to 20 percent of the original service price, usually in cash, though card may be accepted.

Massage options range from a 50-minute back, neck and scalp session to Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, prenatal and couples massage, often offered in 50, 80 and 110-minute lengths. Facials include a calming facial, a clarifying facial, a honey-based signature facial, a men's deep pore facial and a raspberry clarifying facial. Spa packages combine several treatments, and VIP memberships include a monthly massage or facial with priority booking and 20 percent off other services. Spa packages and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
