New clients begin with a free 3D Skin Analysis, which informs a personalized Beauty Portfolio roadmap listing recommended treatments, the order to pursue them in and estimated cost over time. Before committing, people can also book a complimentary virtual consultation of about 15 minutes within a 30-minute reserved window. A card is needed to hold that window, and fees apply to missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours. New clients receive 15% off their first regularly priced service, once per client, and this cannot be combined with member pricing, packages or promotions.

The philosophy leans toward slowing aging rather than reversing it. The team believes prevention works better than correction, encourages clients to begin earlier, and looks at what is driving a concern instead of treating only the surface. For fillers, the practice assesses the whole face, uses conservative amounts, and compares Radiesse, Sculptra and hyaluronic acid fillers against each client's goals. The stated aim is results that keep a person looking like themselves, enhanced rather than replaced.

Listed prices include Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau at $13 per unit, with member pricing at $9 per unit for Signature members, and most areas needing about 20 to 50 units. Sculptra is $1,050 per vial, Morpheus8 double chin treatment starts at $750, and laser hair removal is $35 for a small area, $89 for a medium area and $115 for a large area. IV drips run from $150 to $350, NAD+ starts at $350, and IV options vary by location.

The ILML Savings Account is a prepaid membership wallet offered at two tiers: Signature at $99 a month and PRO at $199 a month, with no separate membership fee. Members get 30 percent less on services and treatments and 15 percent less on products, and can book a $199 full-body laser session at either clinic. Contributions turn into wallet credit that does not expire, even if the membership is cancelled, but that credit cannot be taken back as cash. Memberships run in six-month terms and renew automatically unless written cancellation reaches ILML at least 30 days before the renewal date. Ending a membership during an active term carries a $250 early-cancellation fee. The Savings Account is not a bank account, is not an HSA or FSA, and earns no interest. Pausing contributions needs ILML's approval, and member discounts cannot be stacked with other offers. Members also receive a virtual Beauty Check-In every quarter. A consultation is not required before joining.

Both clinics are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and stay closed on Sundays and Mondays. The Southlake clinic sits on the Southlake side of Colleyville Boulevard, just outside Southlake Town Square, and draws clients from Westlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Hurst and North Richland Hills. The Viridian clinic, located in north Arlington, welcomes people from Arlington, Euless, Irving, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Dallas, Hurst, Bedford, North Richland Hills and Mansfield. Hydrafacial, dermaplane, the ILML Retreat Facial, and PRP and exosome hair restoration are available only at the Southlake clinic. Hydrafacial and Retreat Facial appointments are arranged by phone.
