Clients can book through the online booking page, where gift cards are also sold. The business is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday through Saturday during daytime and evening hours, open Tuesday morning to mid-afternoon, open Thursday until noon, and closed on Sundays. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a $75 fee applies otherwise. For costs not covered by insurance, the spa offers a monthly payment plan called Cherry and accepts CareCredit once approved. Repeat clients can use monthly package pricing by choosing one service from the Turquoise, Silver or Glitter sections.

The spa works with Dermalogica products, and it also carries Viderm Beauty and SkinMedica Beauty lines. SkinMedica peels come in Illuminize, Vitalize and Rejuvenize strengths. Microneedling is done with an MD Skin Pen and uses hyaluronic acid along with a recovery gel mask, while HydraFacial uses a Hydra Peel Tip device. The site describes the Halo laser as treating sun damage and fine lines with less downtime than older resurfacing lasers, and says the Hollywood Glow carbon facial has no downtime.

Dermaplaning, a manual exfoliation with a precision blade, is offered on its own and is also used to prepare skin for chemical peels and microneedling. Melasma Toning is listed as typically needing 5 to 10 sessions. Ultrasonic cavitation is offered for small areas of fat; the spa notes it is not a weight loss treatment and that a consultation determines whether someone is a candidate.
