Color services include highlights, starting at $200, and balayage, starting at $250. Haircuts start at $70.

Installation ranges from $1,200 to $4,000, and that price includes the extension hair. The salon offers IBE Invisible Bead Extensions, K-Tip, I-Tip, hand-tied, weft and volume weft methods. Before an installation, clients book a consultation that is priced for up to one hour and is not listed on the site. The consultation fee is non-refundable, but it is applied to the installation if that is booked within 7 days of the consultation.

Maintenance for extensions is due every 4 to 10 weeks, depending on hair growth and method. K-Tip maintenance is every 4 to 6 months, and IBE maintenance is $175 per row. Extension hair can typically be worn for up to 12 months with proper care and re-used, except K-Tips, which cannot be re-used.

Booking follows a set of written policies. A card must be kept on file through Gloss Genius and is charged only if a policy is broken. Extension installations require a 50% non-refundable deposit equal to the total service, and the installation should happen within 30 days of that deposit. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or reschedules carry a booking fee of 50% of the original service, and no-shows are charged 75% of the total booked. Clients who are running late should call, and a 5-minute grace period applies.

The salon concentrates on color, haircut and extension work, booked by appointment only.
