A visit starts at the front desk, where clients check in and the stylist comes out to meet them. Consultations include coffee or tea. Color consultations look at past color history, inspiration photos, lifestyle, and the condition of the hair. Extension consultations review any earlier extension work and test the hair to see which method suits it. Extensions will not be installed if there is evidence they would strain the hair or the client's daily life.

Extension work covers tape-ins, sewn-in wefts, K-tips (keratin bonded extensions), hybrid combinations of two methods, and removals. Installation includes removal of old extensions, a wash, a treatment, and styling. Sewn-in and keratin bonded sets are typically removed and reapplied every six to eight weeks and three to five months respectively, while tape-ins are reapplied every four to six weeks. Clients are asked to brush extensions twice a day.

Color work uses vegan, ammonia-free formulas for root touch-ups, and full color uses customized color that the business says is free of common allergens. Highlight and balayage services use either strategically placed foils or hand-painted blonde, and a separate Transformitive Blonde service takes dark base color or all-over color to blonde. Haircuts use dry cutting and a French technique to build volume while keeping length.

After each appointment, clients receive a text listing the products used that day, and after-care instructions are sent through the booking system. Clients with questions after a visit can reach the stylist by Instagram direct message.

Color and extension visits begin with a consultation about past work, the hair's condition, and the client's lifestyle, so the method is chosen for the individual hair rather than offered as a set package.
