The EA Facialist is a small, cozy spa in the CrEAte Building in East Aurora. Each visit takes place in a private treatment room, and there is a separate relaxing area for sitting before or after an appointment.

Facials are the core of the menu. The Gua Sha signature facial combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a Gua Sha facial massage, and a hand, arm, neck and shoulder massage. The lymphatic drainage cupping facial follows a similar path with cupping in place of the Gua Sha work, and either can be paired with dermaplaning. The Deluxe Hydrodiamond dermabrasion facial adds oxygen and cooling therapy with a peptide gel, and a seasonal Fall HARVEST facial uses a pumpkin enzyme peel with warm steam, a sheet mask, cooling jade stones and lip care. A teen facial, back facial and body scrub are also offered.

Beyond facials, the spa offers microneedling for the face and chest, plus a three-session microneedling package priced at a $25 discount from the single-session total, with sessions recommended four weeks apart. The Green Sea Peel is a needle-free renewal that uses marine-derived spicules; according to the site, it is meant to even out dull, uneven skin, reduce the look of large pores, soften fine lines and lighten acne scars. LED red and blue light therapy are $30 add-ons, with blue light suggested for teen facials or facials involving extensive extractions or active acne.

Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, underarm, half leg, back, bikini and Brazilian, and brow tinting is offered alongside brow waxing. The booking page also lists a sauna category.
