The spa says its aim is to bring out natural beauty, support client confidence and help people feel at home in their bodies. It describes itself as a comfortable oasis for expert beauty and wellness care, and states that everyone is welcome without judgement, with a body-positive outlook for all shapes and sizes.

Booking is done online at any hour through the spa's website, with payments handled securely through Square. A card is needed to hold every appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged a 50 percent fee. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, though individual practitioner hours vary and the online calendar shows current openings.

Waxing is a major part of the menu, covering the face, body and intimate areas, with standard and hard wax options for several zones. The spa says it is one of the few waxing studios in the Buffalo area offering full-service men's body waxing. Laser hair removal is done on a Lumenis Splendor X 1.0 device that combines Alexandrite and YAG technology. Treatments are priced by area, from extra small to extra large, as single sessions or six-session packages, and combo packages are available. A free 30-minute consultation is offered.

Microblading begins with a free 30-minute consultation. The first session requires a $100 non-refundable deposit, and rescheduling is allowed without penalty while cancelling forfeits the deposit. A 30-day touch-up is included in the initial price. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed amounts or a custom amount.

Each practitioner works independently and has their own specialty. The spa aims to enhance natural beauty and help clients feel at home in their bodies, and it says its practitioners give honest recommendations based on what they know.

The space is clean, casual and a little funky, with a warm, relaxed feel.
