Two monthly plans are offered. The VIP X Babe plan is $275 a month and includes a full set of lashes plus two refills. The E Xperience plan is $400 a month and includes a full set with unlimited refills.
The studio also teaches educational lash courses. It says its goal is to deliver excellent service and education, and to make every client feel special.
Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable. Clients who arrive 10 minutes late have their appointment canceled and are charged the full booked price. Appointments that can't be kept should be rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time. Children and extra guests are not permitted unless they are being serviced. The remaining balance is paid in cash, and Zelle is accepted; a $10 charge is added to the balance when an alternate payment method is used.
Aftercare guidance asks clients to keep lashes dry for 24 hours and avoid saunas, facials and swimming during that time. Clients are advised to avoid oil-based products on the eyes, waterproof mascara and eyelash curlers on extensions. After the first 24 hours, lashes should be washed and brushed daily with a lash cleanser. Clients should not remove extensions at home and should book the salon for removal. Before service, clients should not apply makeup to their lashes and should remove any mascara residue from the day before.
The studio's stated goal is to provide excellent service and education, and to make every client feel special.
