The name comes from the middle name of the founders' great-grandmother, who ran a small beauty salon in Houston. The business now has a team of more than 30 artists and says it has worked with nearly 3,000 brides and clients.

The business has studios in River Oaks, Houston and in Dallas, and it also travels for destination events, photoshoots and weddings. Its portfolio covers weddings, editorial work, red carpet, media and milestone celebrations. It has completed more than a dozen destination weddings, including in New Orleans, Aspen, Laguna Beach, Carmel, San Miguel de Allende, Miami and Scottsdale.

Clients can book packages built around the wedding day, from day-of hair and makeup alone to versions that add a studio trial run, extra studio appointments, bridal body glow and touch-up hours. Bridal Experience pricing starts at $775, and the company describes Bridal Experience #3 as its most popular package. Some clients also receive a styling consultation alongside their hair and makeup. Artists prepare the skin with moisturizer and primer before makeup goes on, and the style kit uses premium, high-end beauty and haircare brands for every client.

For destination weddings, a 50% deposit is due one week after the formal proposal and contract are received, and the final balance is due one month before the wedding date. Clients cover their own hotel and travel costs, and there is no early-morning fee on destination wedding days. On location, the business asks for an open space with natural light and available electrical outlets. Minimum service requirements vary by season, location and number of services. Wedding and event quotes depend on the venue, timeline and services needed, and the business aims to respond to inquiries within 48 hours.
