Prices vary by style, length (shoulder to butt) and size (small to jumbo), so the quoted price depends on the look chosen. Online booking asks for style, length, size, any extras and a time. A 20% non-refundable deposit of the quoted price is required at booking and goes toward the service; appointments are not confirmed without it. Cancellations need at least 24 to 48 hours' notice to avoid penalties, and late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Braid repairs are offered within 3 days of the appointment, and all services are final once completed.

The salon is open Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday and Sunday 6 am to 7 pm. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are available, and 24-hour braiding is offered strictly by appointment, booked by phone.
