The menu covers knotless braids, box braids, Bora Bora braids, goddess braids, boho braids and cornrows, along with several twist styles including passion, Marley, island, Senegalese, kinky and spring. Crochet styles, locs and miracle braids are also offered. Sessions usually run 2 to 6 hours depending on style and hair length, and the booking page lists typical times of about 7 hours for Bora Bora braids, 6 for knotless, 5 for box and boho, and 4 for cornrows and crochet.

Before booking, clients can get help choosing a hairstyle, extension type and bundle count, and can confirm the total price by text or call. A non-refundable deposit of $40 per style is taken through the booking site to hold a time, and appointments are not confirmed until it arrives. The deposit goes toward the total, the balance is paid after the service, and cash, Zelle and other approved methods are accepted. All payments are final.

Hair should arrive clean, blow-dried, free of oils and products, and detangled. The salon does not supply hair, though it can include hair on request for selected styles, and extra length or added hair may cost more. Style changes are not allowed once braiding has started, and satisfaction adjustments must be requested before leaving the salon.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows lose the deposit, and late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period before the appointment may be cancelled. Only the client receiving service may attend, as extra guests and children are not permitted. Finished styles may be photographed for marketing unless the client opts out before the appointment. The salon also publishes hair care posts on its blog, including care tips for box braids and Bora Bora braids.
