Every session is overseen by a licensed physician. A national medical director and medical board provide oversight for all locations, and Steven Groke is named as Medical Director; he leads the care team but does not see clients on-site. The site says the team has seven staff members, including licensed nurses with specialized certifications and active California RN licenses. Lab testing for advanced health markers is also offered.

Care is medically supervised, with licensed nurses guiding each step of a session. Wellness services that do not involve infusion use methods such as light, heat, cold, and compression, and trained staff review goals and explain each process before a session.
