About

The District Injector is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic in McLean, Virginia, serving patients from the Washington, DC area and Northern Virginia. Many of its clients travel to McLean from other parts of the country and from abroad. Out-of-town clients are asked to stay within the DMV area for 48 hours after treatment.

Services are organized into aesthetic treatments, skin health, men's sexual health, men's wellness, women's wellness and weight loss. Injectable options include Botox, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra Aesthetic, Kybella and removal of unwanted or migrated filler, while skin health care covers medical facials, microneedling and the BioSkin BioRePeel. The clinic also offers hair restoration with PRP, hormone optimization for men, medical labs, injectable vitamins and a medical weight management program.

Every visit begins with a consultation, which can be in person or virtual. Virtual consultations need a private, quiet space and still include a visual assessment, since that is how candidacy is decided. Intake paperwork must be completed in the client portal at least 24 hours before the appointment. Clients who cannot complete the assessment do not receive a treatment plan or cost estimate and must book another consultation. Exact quotes come from a consultation rather than from emailed measurements, and quotes remain valid for 90 days.

Cost varies by treatment. Neurotoxin injections begin at $1,200, with the final figure set by how much product is needed. Hyaluronic acid filler usually falls between $4,500 and $12,000 or more, based on how many syringes are used. Pill-based erectile dysfunction treatment and trimix and quadmix injection therapy are each $300, shockwave therapy is $400, and a single D Shot session is $1,800. The clinic says a series of three D Shot sessions gives the best results. A consultation fee applies. Paying by credit or debit card adds a 3% service fee, while cash payments carry no fee. Financing is available.

The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Friday from 10am to 3pm, on Eastern time. Patients can park in spots designated for Urology or in the parking garage. The Silver Line Tysons Corner and Greensboro stations are each less than a 15-minute walk away. Questions and bookings can be made by phone at 202-800-0612.

The clinic combines clinical precision with patient-centered care, aiming for results that look like the client at their best rather than like work has been done.
