The facial menu is built around three Hydrafacial levels. The Express takes 30 minutes and costs $200. The Deluxe takes 45 minutes, costs $275, and adds a booster and LED light therapy. The Platinum runs about an hour, costs $325, and adds lymphatic therapy. Each session cleanses, extracts and hydrates in one visit using vortex suction rather than manual extraction, and the business describes the vortex technology as patented. Facial add-ons at $50 each include dermaplaning, diamond tip microdermabrasion, a Lip Perk with peppermint oil, hyaluronic acid and antioxidants, and an Eye Perk using a peptide-rich serum. The Galleria location is an exclusive SkinCeuticals partner, and its aestheticians are trained directly on SkinCeuticals protocols. Options include the SkinCeuticals Signature, Anti-Aging, Brightening, Calming and Acne facials, which range from $175 to $300, and custom European facials from $175 that use cleansing, steam, manual extraction, massage and a treatment mask, shaped around skin condition on the day. Keravive, a hair growth and scalp treatment performed with the Hydrafacial system, is available for thinning, flaking or congested scalps.

Injectables are performed by a licensed medical professional, and clients are asked to book an appointment so their needs can be assessed first. Offerings include Botox and wrinkle relaxers for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and fine lines, as well as treatments for underarm sweating and neck and shoulder pain. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers from Juvederm and Revanesse are used to contour the face and add fullness to lips, cheeks and jawline. Sculptra, a collagen stimulator, rebuilds facial volume gradually over several months, and Kybella is offered for fat beneath the chin. Laser work uses a diode laser with built-in cooling and adjustable settings for skin tone and hair type, and the business says it uses an Nd:YAG 1064 laser for melanin-rich skin. IPL photofacials target redness, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and broken blood vessels on the face, neck, chest, arms and hands. Microneedling with the SkinStylus SteriLock system addresses texture and acne scarring, and acne scar treatment may combine microneedling and IPL depending on scar type.

A free consultation is offered before any treatment is booked, and same-day appointments are often available by phone. Medspa treatments are for clients 18 and older, with certain facials open to younger clients who should call first, and Hydrafacial is offered from age 16, with parental consent needed at 16 and 17. Packages are available for Hydrafacial, IPL, laser hair removal and microneedling, and a Monthly Facial Membership at $100 a month includes a Signature Facial, product discounts and a birthday facial.
