The facial is a Hydrafacial, which cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates the skin using Hydrafacial technology with the patented Vortex-Fusion system and HydroPeel tips. The Signature Hydrafacial takes about 30 to 45 minutes and involves no downtime, so skin can go straight into a blowout. Optional boosters are targeted serums and treatments the esthetician may add when she judges the skin would benefit, such as Orska Professional Peels, HydraLock HA, lymphatic drainage, or the JLO Beauty Booster. The business says the Hydrafacial suits most people with sensitive skin and can be customized. It also says most med spas charge $300 or more for a single Hydrafacial, a figure the business itself reports.

Each blowout begins with a wash and conditioner, then a scalp massage and a professional blow-dry, and the stylist adds curling or flat-iron work when the selected style needs it. Every visit also comes with a head spa session, featuring warm steam, a scalp massage with serum and a neck and shoulder massage, at no added cost. Blowout styles offered are The Dallas, Sleek + Straight, Polished Waves, Diffused + Defined 'Do, and Bro Flow, which the salon describes as a scalp ritual for men. The salon uses Kevin Murphy professional haircare and styling lines, and the stylist picks the products to suit the client's hair type and desired finish. Updos, braids and formal styling are not offered. According to the salon, a blowout typically lasts three to five days.

Pricing is set per visit or through membership. A Hydrafacial and customized blowout visit is $245 at the non-member rate, or $199 a month as a member. A single customized blowout is $65, and a prepaid four-pack of blowouts is $240 with no membership needed. The Dew for Two experience is $398 for two guests and takes about two to two and a half hours. Gift cards are offered in $50, $100, $150 and $245 amounts.

Membership is $199 a month and includes one Signature Hydrafacial and one customized blowout each month, priority booking, additional blowouts at $55, member pricing on enhancements, and 10% off skincare and haircare. Unused services roll over while the membership is active and can be gifted to someone else. Memberships can be frozen for up to 60 days, cancellation requires one month's notice, and unused services must be used within 90 days after the membership ends. Membership services cannot be combined with promotions, packages or specials unless the business says otherwise.

Booking rules are straightforward: cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours ahead are free, while changes within 24 hours are charged 50 percent and no-shows are charged in full. Guests with extensions should tell the stylist beforehand, and extensions, extra-long hair or very dense hair are booked as an Extended Blowout for an extra $20. Children are welcome only when receiving a service, and blowouts are for guests aged 9 and older. Guests who are pregnant, have an active skin condition, or have recently had a procedure should tell the specialist before treatment.
