Visits are by appointment only. Single-slot booking gives each client one-on-one time with a stylist, and free consultations are offered. Nail clients should arrive without any nail product on, unless they are returning guests using the salon's own products. Staff cannot work on hands or feet with ingrown nails, fungus or other infections. The salon does not service hair extensions or other artificial hair, and it does not offer acrylic or dip nails or remove those products.
Products are central to the salon's approach. It uses green, vegan and cruelty-free hair and nail products, including the All Nutrient and Paul Brown Hawaii hair care lines, which are described as organic and natural, and Huella Beauty nail polish. Hair color is described by the salon as certifiably organic. The salon says its products are environmentally safe, non-toxic and fume-free, and it offers alternative nail solutions made with non-toxic, chemical-free products.
The space is described as calm and relaxing, with a hygienic setting. Water and Willow, a family-owned boutique, is located inside the salon and sells handcrafted, eco-friendly goods from small local businesses, including glass, woodwork and jewelry. Gift cards can be used for services, products and boutique items.
