Carrie is the founder, executive director and owner of the salon. Trained at Lowell School of Beauty College, she received a license to operate in 1981 and opened The Designer's Club in 1985.
She has been an educator with Paul Brown Hawaii since 1991 and has served as a national educator across the United States, Canada and Mexico. She oversees the apprenticeship of salon staff and provides ongoing education in current styles and trends.
