A first visit is a fully customized dry cut shaped to each client's curl pattern, density and lifestyle. It includes a treatment, guided wash-and-go styling, education on caring for hair at home, and a plan for longer-term hair goals. Return clients get a dry cut that maintains and refines shape, including cleansing, conditioning, styling and diffusing, with optional treatments. For quick refreshes between full visits, an express dry cut covers minor adjustments.

Cleanse and style appointments cover cleansing and conditioning, detangling, setting with product and drying. The cleanse, treat and style option adds treatments chosen for the hair's needs. Add-ons include a hydrating treatment, a detox treatment for product or mineral build-up, a peppermint scalp exfoliator, and extra time for very dense or tightly coiled hair at no added cost. Severe tangles are detangled at an hourly rate.

Booking requires a $75 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service total. Cancellation windows differ between Los Angeles and the Bay Area. Clients are asked to arrive with completely dry, detangled day 1 or day 2 hair using light products, and to avoid buns, ponytails or braids before a curly cut. Wedding and event hair is available by email inquiry. Clients who are unsatisfied may request a free adjustment if they raise it within two weeks.

Education comes first, with personalized curl care built around each client's lifestyle, goals and hair pattern, and the tools to keep it going at home.

According to the salon, the chair is a space where people of every hair texture and curl pattern feel secure and included.
