Curly cut appointments need hair that is clean, dry and detangled, with no hair accessories and little to no curl product. Braids and buns are not accepted for curly cuts, so the curl pattern is not disrupted. A $20 fee applies if curls are wet or tangled on arrival, and if hair is not in its natural state an extra fee may apply or the appointment may be rescheduled.

Curl-based color starts with a consultation booked through the booking app, which covers curl pattern, color history and curl goals. Color appointments require a deposit on the day of consultation, or the service is canceled. Appointments take a 50% deposit through the app, and deposits are non-refundable. Changes need 48 hours notice, and no-shows or no-calls are charged the remaining balance.

Kids curly cuts come with teaching for children and parents on caring for curls. Men can book a curly cut focused on curly hair care, which does not include clipper work. The salon also sells curl and styling products and offers curl education classes for hairstylists and clients who want to learn more about curly hair.
