Haircuts cover men's cuts such as fades, crew cuts, undercuts and trims, women's cuts such as bobs, blunt cuts, bangs and layers, and separate prices for children 10 and under and seniors 65 and over.

Each haircut begins with a short consultation with the stylist. Clients can browse a lookbook of styles before the visit, and clients who return can rely on Clip Notes, which record technical details of a previous cut so any stylist in the chain can match it.

Besides haircuts, the salon offers neck trims, beard trims, bang trims, shampoos and styling. Styling comes in regular, long and formal levels, and formal styles include updos for special events. Perms are available at some locations only and usually need an appointment, so it is worth confirming before a visit.

Walk-ins are welcome. Clients can also join the waitlist through Online Check-In on greatclips.com or the Great Clips app, which shows live wait times. Check-In is not a booking, so it does not hold a specific time, and it cannot be used for perms or formal updos. Clients who want a particular stylist can say so at check-in, though that may lengthen the wait, and stylist schedules are not published.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM. The phone number is (209) 744-1445. The salon does not offer hair coloring. Prices may vary by location and exclude taxes and fees, and each location decides which coupons it accepts, so clients are asked to check with the salon first.
