First visits are set up differently from returning ones. A first Rizo Cut is 135 minutes and includes a thorough consultation and education on caring for curls at home, and longer or denser hair has its own timed version. Returning guests have a shorter Rizo Cut, and a dry-only cut is available for those seen within the last four months, with no wash included.

Color services range from single solid all-over color and custom touch-ups on new growth to hand-painted balayage and foil lightening. Balayage and foil services include a K18 treatment, a shadow root and a toner. Treatments such as a detoxifying clay mask, scalp scrub, hydrating conditioning and Olaplex-based strengthening can be added, and Rizo Recovery combines a clay mask, scalp scrub and deep conditioning in one visit.

Children's cuts are offered for toddlers ages 3 to 5 and for returning younger guests, and the toddler must be able to sit through the service. Men's cuts are available for hair no longer than the bottom of the ear, and clipper work is not provided.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $35 fee, and late cancellations forfeit any deposit. No-show appointments are charged the full service amount. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon is open Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday through Wednesday.

Each service is built around curl-specific cutting and care, with consultations and curl care education included in first visits.
