A visit typically starts with a consultation and a detox-focused wash, followed by the cut, color or style. Several services begin with a cleanse and a specialized shampoo to prepare the hair, and drying is done under a diffuser or hooded dryer. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair fully dry, unstretched, lightly product-free and completely detangled, so the appointment time goes to the service itself.

Color services include a free consultation for hair that has never been colored, a root touch-up for grey coverage, all-over color, a two-step all-over double process and highlights. Color and highlight services require a consultation first, and extra time can be added for very thick hair. Cuts are customized to each client's curl pattern, with a separate option for returning clients and a children's curl cut for ages 12 and under that includes a parent or guardian consultation and a styling lesson.

Styling options cover round brush blowouts, a wash-and-glow service that defines curls, perm rod sets, flat twists and mini twists. The Angel Reset is designed for clients who usually wear their hair straight or stretched, and includes a detox cleanse, customized shampoo and conditioning, an optional moisture or protein mask, a blow-dry and a light trim.

Booking and policies are set out clearly. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and same-day cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals and are asked to text as soon as possible if they are running late. Because the owner works independently, phone calls are not answered during the workday, and text or email is the preferred way to reach the studio. Hours are Monday 11:00 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, with Sunday closed.
