The studio describes its work as more than styling. It frames a crown adjustment as a process with three areas of focus: hair, mind and spirit. Alongside appointments, it offers crown coaching for children ages 3 to 11 and a program for teens, plus membership tiers and a short consultation call for people deciding whether locs are right for them.

Braid options include Boho Knotless braids starting at $100, with bohemian human hair added through the ends, and box braids starting at $200 for midback or shorter lengths, with hair included. Feed-in cornrows with extensions start at $150, and men's braid and cornrow styles start at $60. Pricing rises for longer lengths, thicker hair, ombre or non-natural colors, and extra braids.

Locs services include starter locs from $50 with an aftercare kit, loc maintenance from $100 for natural locs, and loc repair and maintenance from $250, which takes about three hours or more. Semi-permanent loc jewels called Loc Sprinkles are $75 and can be removed without damage. A starter loc consultation must be booked before a first loc appointment, on a different day.

Booking requires a retainer, which is deducted from the total. Same-day appointments carry a fee, and invoices are emailed to the client for payment. The studio accepts cash, card, Zelle and Apple Pay, and uses Cash App for retainers.

The studio works from the idea that a crown is adjusted in three areas: hair, mind and spirit.
