The menu is built around braiding and protective styling. Knotless braids are offered in jumbo, large, medium, small and extra small sizes, with add-ons for extra length at the mid back, waist, butt, lower butt, thighs and knees. Other options include box braids, kids box braids and kids knotless braids, feed-ins in several forms, cornrows such as lemonades and tribal, Fulani and flip over braids, twists, soft locs and goddess locs, butterfly locs, crochet braids, mermaid and Bora Bora braids, and ultra flat sewn weave. Starting prices vary with size, length, color and volume for some styles, and the salon provides hair for most styles though not every human hair style.

Clients are asked to arrive with their hair washed, or can add a shampoo at the salon for an additional fee. The salon does not cut, color or use chemicals on hair, so visits focus solely on braiding and styling. Walk-ins are welcome without a deposit, and appointments can be booked online, although later-evening appointments after 6pm must be booked by phone. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle or card, with a small fee on card payments. The salon does not issue refunds; a client who is unhappy with a style can receive store credit or a redo within a week. Style photos can be emailed to the salon ahead of a visit, and gift certificates are available by mail or email.

The salon focuses on braiding and protective styles only, without cutting, coloring or chemical services. Its knotless braids are described as having no knots at the root and as low tension, and the salon calls them pain free.
