On the color side, options run from color consultations and glosses to root maintenance, single process (which uses no lightener), double process, full highlights, balayage and creative color. Hair services include shampoo and blow-dry, silk presses, a silk set that pairs a silk press with a cut, and a precision cut called The Bob. Silk press add-ons are available for color appointments.

Extension services cover tip-method installs, sew-ins and quick weaves, along with extension consultations, add-ins, removal, unit prep, re-sets and maintenance visits. Sew-in and quick weave pricing does not include hair, which can be added with pricing arranged by email. Tip-method extensions require a consultation first, and new clients booking I-Tip extensions pay a deposit.

Relaxer services include a virgin relaxer and relaxer maintenance. Treatments range from quick hydration and detangling to protein, scalp and hard water treatments, the last of which is designed to remove mineral buildup. The Brazilian Blowout requires a consultation and a deposit, and the salon says its results last up to three months.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM to 4 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Some services require a deposit ranging from $10 to $75. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment carry a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged 100%. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Pairs extension and color work with an emphasis on keeping the hair healthy, with consultations for the more involved services.
