Services are listed under one hair menu and cover a broad range. Cuts and silk press styling sit alongside color work from glosses and single process color to balayage, dimensional blonding and partial or full highlights, plus color correction, which is priced from a starting point because it depends on the work needed. Relaxers, a Brazilian Blow Out and natural hair options such as a wash and go and a protective style are also offered.

Extensions are a large part of the menu. Options include clip-ins, hand-tied extensions priced per row, I-tip, K-tip, sew-in and tape-in extensions, along with move-ups, maintenance and removal. Removal includes a shampoo and blow-dry. Wigs are fitted through a wig install, and units are prepared with a shampoo, trim and braid down. Consultations for color and for extensions are available before a service is booked.

Deposits are required for many of the longer or higher-cost services, including highlights, balayage, extensions, and color correction for new clients. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another person, date or service if the studio is told in advance. Cancellations made 24 hours ahead are charged half the price, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Payment is taken through the booking platform, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
