The Cottage Spa & Boutique describes itself as a premier destination for skincare, and says that the client is its priority. Skincare is the core of the spa, with custom SkinMedica facials, Image Skincare facials, peels and dermaplaning, along with a range of facials for different needs, from a shorter Baby Melt Facial to Natalie's Signature Custom Facial, which runs 90 to 120 minutes.

Every skincare visit starts with a consultation. An in-person consultation is free and includes a skin evaluation and a customized skincare plan. A virtual consultation by Zoom or FaceTime is also free and includes a skin assessment and recommendations. A consultation is required before a first facial, and before any facial during pregnancy. A complimentary consultation, in person or virtual, is also required before booking a peel, and peels are not offered during pregnancy. Clients can choose whether to chat during a facial or sit quietly.

The spa also offers waxing for women and men. Women's waxing covers face, body, arms, legs, underarms and bikini and Brazilian styles. Both soft wax and hard wax are used, with hard wax reserved for sensitive areas. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, usually two to three weeks of growth, and waxing often takes three appointments to reach full smoothness.

Lash and brow services include lash lifts (including a Yumi Keratin Lash Lift and the spa's own signature lift), brow shaping and tweezing, brow lamination, henna brows, and lash and brow tinting. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, and contacts cannot be worn during a lash lift.

Makeup services include a makeup analysis and instruction session, which can be done as a house call, and makeup application using what the site describes as luxury brands. Heavy-looking makeup is not offered, except for time-period looks. Massage is offered for full-body relaxation and for relief of knots from sports injuries, with Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, gua sha, CBD, lymphatic drainage and prenatal options. Massage bookings can also be made through a separate massage phone line.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Retail products are sold in the boutique and online.

Facials are customized to each client's skin needs, using SkinMedica and Image Skincare products and techniques the business describes as advanced.
