The menu is organized into color, lightening, haircuts, heat styling, nourishing treatments, smoothing and waxing. Color services include a spot treatment for small patches of grey, a regrowth retouch, a toner and glaze that lasts 3 to 6 weeks, and bolder fashion shades that are usually added to lightening. Vivid Color, Camo Color, Express Color and Full Lighten & Tone require a consultation before booking.

Color and cut appointments come with a free shampoo, a scalp massage, a blow-dry and a finished style. Clients booking color can add a haircut at a lower price. Established clients get bang trims at no charge. The Hair Styling Tutorial is tailored to each client: they practice on the salon's styling tools so they can recreate looks at home, and they choose one free product sample to take with them.

The salon describes itself as an Ocean Keeper Salon, meaning its product lines are ocean conscious and sustainable, and as a Green Circle Salon, reporting that 80% of its cosmetic materials are recycled and reused.
