Visits usually start with a free consultation, which can be in person or virtual. During the consultation a provider reviews goals and concerns, talks through expected results, risks, downtime and pricing, and suggests a tailored plan, with no obligation to book treatment. Other appointments require a minimum $75 deposit, which is applied to the cost of treatment on the day of the visit. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice.

On the injectables side, neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport and Daxxify are used for frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, neck bands and a pebbly chin, and are also used for a lifted brow, jawline slimming and downturned mouth corners. Facial and dermal fillers are used for fine lines, lost volume, lack of definition and facial contouring, and the practice uses FDA-approved products. Topical anesthetics, cooling devices and vibration tools are offered to reduce discomfort during filler. Other injectables include Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid injectable used across the face but not around the lips or eyes, hyperdiluted Radiesse for larger areas, and Liquid Gold platelet-rich treatments (PRP, PRF and PRG) made from a blood draw.

Laser and light options include MOXI 1927, a non-ablative fractional laser; BBL HEROic, a broadband light photo facial for the face, neck, chest and other areas; BBL SkinTyte for skin firmness and elasticity; and BBL Forever Clear for acne and acne scars. Skin treatments include dermaplaning, HydraFacial, micro channeling, microneedling and the VI Peel, a medical-grade chemical peel for the face and chest.

The practice sells Alastin and PCA Skin products and gift cards, offers before and after photos of patient results, and runs aesthetic training courses for practitioners. Filler and Radiesse are not offered to people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and clients are given pre-treatment guidance on medications, alcohol, skincare and makeup.
