Skin care is a major part of the menu. Peels include glycolic or lactic acid options, Skinceutical peels and the Prodigy iS Clinical peel, and peel consultations are included in the service. HydraFacial treatments include the MD Classic and a Keravive scalp treatment, and Geneo, sold as Glo2Facial, uses oxygen bubbles, ultrasound and lymphatic drainage. Dermaplaning and the Fire and Ice Facial by iS Clinical are also offered.
Injectables include Botox, Juvederm and Restylane. Botox and filler consultations are with the business's physician, and pricing is given at that consultation. Treated areas listed include frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, smoker's lines, brows, the nasal area, the chin, the lower face and neck bands. Laser skin revitalization, which the business describes as suited to pigmentation, broken capillaries and surface texture, and microneedling, a collagen induction therapy for scarring, fine lines, texture and discoloration, are both priced by the area treated and set at consultation. Laser hair removal uses a Cynosure Elite+ system and is offered on the face and body for women and men. Treatments typically take three to eight sessions spaced five to eight weeks apart. Clients are asked to avoid sun exposure for four weeks beforehand and to stop waxing or tweezing three weeks before treatment. Payment can be made per visit or through a membership, and a 20% deposit is required, with payments splittable across consecutive appointments. Spa membership discounts do not apply to laser hair removal.
The spa menu also covers massage, from Swedish and deep tissue to hot stone, aromatherapy, prenatal, reflexology foot and warm oil scalp, plus express chair massage and a weekday Happy Hour Foot Massage from 5pm to 7pm. Nail care spans manicures, pedicures, dipping powder, gel and Shellac services, Spa Luxury and ZANA Signature options, and add-ons such as French tip and callus removal. Packages and parties are available for bridal, spa day, couples, and kids and teen groups. Package and party bookings need a 50% deposit, which is applied toward the package unless cancelled within 48 hours of booking.
Booking requires a credit card to hold a reservation. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations incur a 50% service fee charged to the card on file. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be accommodated or may need to reschedule, with a charge. Service complaints must be raised within 48 hours of the visit, and management responds within 72 hours.
