New patients start with a consultation before any treatment. Treatments can sometimes be done the same day as the consultation when that is appropriate. A card on file is needed to schedule consultations and appointments, and a $75 scheduling fee holds a booking and is applied toward services. That fee is forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows without notice, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late, where rescheduling may also be required. Services are non-refundable once rendered. The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8am to 4pm, plus by special appointment, and patients can book by phone at 440-792-4011, by email at connect@theconciergeclinic.com, or by message through the Concierge Team.

Skin care is a large part of the menu. Facials are customized after an assessment at consultation and are commonly recommended every 4 to 6 weeks. Options include a men's facial, facials with red light and oxygen, and add-ons such as dermaplaning, brow and lash tinting, lymphatic massage and red light therapy. Chemical peels range from gentle brightening options to deeper resurfacing, and peel strength is chosen at consultation. The Concierge Skin Health group addresses acne, rosacea, broken capillaries, spider veins, cherry angiomas, skin tags, warts and brown spots, using laser, cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen, cautery, subcision, medical-grade topicals and prescription medications when appropriate.

Injectable and filler services cover neurotoxins for lines, brow lifting, jaw and masseter slimming, neck bands, TMJ and tension headaches, and excessive sweating, along with gel-based hyaluronic acid fillers for the lips, cheeks, under-eyes, jawline and chin. Collagen stimulators such as Sculptra, Radiesse and Bellafill are also offered, and Kybella is available for fullness under the chin. The clinic says the team does not recommend add-ons only to add cost, and will say when an add-on would not change the result.

The clinic also offers body and hair services, including laser hair removal with Splendor X for small areas or the full body, PRP and oral minoxidil hair restoration plans, sclerotherapy for leg veins, and ear, nose and cartilage piercing for all ages. Wellness offerings include B12, glutathione and MICC injections, NAD+ SQ injections, GLP-1 and peptide-based medical weight loss, and red light therapy. The clinic also offers training for medical professionals and periodically opens internships for nursing, nurse practitioner and esthetician students, though it is not hiring at this time.
