The name IGIA comes from a Greek word meaning health, vitality and well-being. The business describes its work as a blend of advanced skincare and a holistic approach to the person as a whole.

Its care is organized around three pillars. Agape Aesthetics covers customized facials, skincare treatments, product recommendations and rejuvenation therapies. Elpida Injectables focuses on injectable treatments that enhance facial features and support a natural look as skin ages. Zoe Wellness addresses hormone balance, weight management, metabolic health, IV hydration, vitamin shots and peptides, with ongoing clinical support between visits.

Services are booked online through the website. Weight-loss and hormone programs begin with a consultation, and the vitamin and peptide consultation is free, offered in person or virtually. Injection training is given during the consultation, and patients can upload outside lab work or email clinical questions to the practice. Follow-up visits for weight-loss and hormone programs are required every three months, either by telehealth or in person. The office is open Tuesday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays by appointment; it is closed Mondays and Thursdays.

Private parties are a further option for bachelorettes, birthdays, girls' days and wellness gatherings. Parties at the spa take three hours and accept between 3 and 10 guests, while off-site parties need at least 5 guests. Every guest receives the same treatment chosen from the party menu, which includes Botox and Dysport, facials, IV hydration and Linder Health peels. The host receives 50% off the service menu price and a full-size ZO Skin face wash, and attendees receive 20% off skincare products.

The practice draws on science, beauty and purpose as its guiding ideas. Its care aims for a holistic view, pairing advanced skincare with ongoing clinical support.
