The Complexion Room

The Complexion Room is in Suite 114 of Building 213 on North Outer 40 Road in Chesterfield. The studio describes itself as results-driven and offers facials, bodycare, hair removal, and lash and brow enhancements.

New clients can begin with New Client Coaching, a 60-minute session at $75 in which the studio assesses skin type and builds a treatment plan around the client's goals. A $25 deposit is required to book it.

The facial menu starts with the 60-minute Glow Express at $100, which the studio says suits all skin tones and ages. The 45-minute Signature Facial at $110 is suited to people new to facials and those wanting a natural glow restored. The 75-minute Clarifying Radiance Facial at $145 is a targeted treatment for acne-prone or congested skin, and the 60-minute Signature Gua Sha is priced at $155.

Booking is done online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM, Friday 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Cancellations and reschedules must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment, and texted requests inside that window will not be honored. Late cancellations are charged at least half the service cost plus fees, and no-shows are charged the full cost plus fees; deposits are forfeited in both cases. Repeated cancellations or no-shows can lead to a client being unable to schedule.
