Rather than a single house style, the room is shared by several independent stylists who each bring their own techniques and premium product lines. Aveda and Aluram products are sold on site.
Blonding runs from mini highlights up to full foil, and gray hair can be handled two ways: gray coverage for clients who want it fully covered, with touch-ups about every three to five weeks, or gray blending for clients who prefer to keep their gray. Extensions are offered by installation method, including wefts, tape-ins, k-tips and i-tips, and new clients seeking extensions need an in-person consultation before booking. Keratin smoothing is available for silky, frizz-free hair, taking one to one and a half hours with maintenance every three to six months. Brides can ask about wedding-day styling by emailing the salon.
Booking is done online through a Square page, or by phone or text. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment are charged 50 percent of the reserved service, and no-shows are charged the full price. Refunds are not issued for completed services, but adjustments are offered within one week for clients who are unhappy with their result. Children under 7 are only allowed in the salon with a scheduled service.
