Sessions are built around all-inclusive color services, so everything needed for the service is included in the quoted price and the total is known before the visit. Each session is one-on-one with the stylist for the whole appointment. New guests start with a consultation that covers hair goals, hair history, lifestyle and budget, and stylists tailor each visit with personalized tips, product suggestions and home care guidance. The studio describes its stylists as highly trained and says they focus on building lasting client relationships. Stylists are priced at different levels based on experience and expertise.

Beyond color, the studio offers a la carte and express services, along with luxury treatment upgrades that can be added to any session. Color corrections, vivid color and extensions are available on request and charged by the hour. Guests can work, read, listen to a podcast or sit quietly during processing time, and a silent service can be requested.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9am to 7pm, Wednesday from 1pm to 8pm, Thursday from 9am to 7pm, and Friday from 10am to 6pm. Saturday visits are booked in advance only, and the salon stays shut on Sundays and Mondays. Bookings can be made online at any hour, and email messages get a reply within a day from Tuesday through Saturday. There is no receptionist on staff, so anyone who calls during appointments can leave a voicemail and wait for a callback. Only people who are having a treatment may come inside. A minor or someone with additional needs can bring along one parent or carer.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice. Shorter notice carries a 30% fee, under 24 hours a 70% fee, and a missed or started appointment a 100% fee, paid before rescheduling. Guests running 10 or more minutes late may have their visit shortened or moved. Changes can be requested within 7 days of an appointment if the color or cut did not match the consultation, at no added fee. Retail purchases can be exchanged for full credit within 14 days. Weddings are not actively booked; acceptance depends on the date, party size and location, and inquiries go to info@leaveherwildma.com.

Each guest gets a single stylist for the full visit, with pricing set out in advance and the consultation shaping the plan. The studio aims for guests to leave with hair they like and the knowledge to care for it at home.
