A visit usually starts with a consultation to talk through the strategy and pricing of a color service. The consultation is free when a color service is booked, and new clients are asked to have one before booking bleach or perm services. Color options include foil-based custom mini, partial and full highlights and balayage, all-over color and retouches, all-over bleach, bleach retouches, vivid colors, and corrective color billed by the hour with a two-hour minimum. Most custom highlight, balayage and bleach services include Olaplex, custom toner and a haircut.
Bookings are secured with deposits that are applied to the service on the day and are non-refundable. A deposit can move to a rescheduled appointment if the change is made more than two weeks ahead and the new time is booked within two weeks of the original. Cancellations inside two weeks forfeit the deposit and a new one is needed to rebook. Cancellations are asked for at least 48 hours ahead; shorter notice and no-shows are charged a portion or all of the service price to the card on file, unless the missed time is filled. Responses to requests and messages can take 24 to 48 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Services are non-transferable, and gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, with gift card sales final. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 4 PM, Friday 10 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 12:30 PM to 6 PM, with Tuesday and Thursday closed.
