Stylists begin with a consultation to learn about each client's lifestyle and goals. Color, extensions and hair loss consultations are each 15 minutes and free of charge. The salon describes its pace as unhurried, with a drink offered on arrival and a scalp massage included in services.

Hair extensions are a major part of the work. The salon uses VoMor extensions made from cuticle-intact Remy human hair and is a Bellami Certified Hair Extensions Specialist. Methods include tape-in, hand-sewn, invisible tape-in and tape row extensions, with tape row pricing set by the number of rows. A $50 deposit is required, and maintenance visits are typically recommended every six to eight weeks. Clients are asked to brush from top to bottom, and failing to maintain extensions properly voids the install warranty.

The salon is an Aveda product partner and carries the full Aveda hair care, styling and body range at every location. Aveda hair color is described by the salon as up to 96% naturally derived, and team members receive ongoing Aveda education. Booking is by call or text at 936-439-4972, or online. Walk-ins are occasionally possible, but booking ahead is recommended, especially on weekends and before holidays. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Children under 12 cannot be left unsupervised, pets are not permitted, and gratuities are not included in service fees. A re-do is offered within 7 days of the appointment if a client is dissatisfied.
