The Collective Suites

The building holds twelve suites rented to independent professionals rather than employees. Each suite runs from 100 to 300 square feet and comes pre-designed and semi-furnished, and the professional can customize it. Every suite has a sink with extra hot and cold water connections, a custom base cabinet with a sink, and custom upper and bottom cabinets with shelves.

The suites suit a wide range of work: hair stylists, estheticians, lash and brow artists, tanning spas, nurse practitioners offering IV, Botox and filler services, IV therapy providers, massage therapists, body hair removal, PMU and MUA artists, body sculpting specialists, nutritionists, health and wellness professionals and counselors. Four of the suites are storefronts with windows, and those have waiting areas for clients.

Building amenities include ample parking, Wi-Fi and utilities, a video intercom, an on-site laundry room, and door access that works through a mobile app. Leases are available for six months or for a year or longer.

The directory lists a Spa Bar in Suite 2 offering a range of hair services, including cuts, color, extensions, blowouts, formal styling, bridal styling, keratin, nanoplasty and Hair Botox. Other suite tenants are listed for facials, waxing, brows, eyelash extensions, makeup, head spa, blowouts and braids.
